Coveted Canines and Creatures Rescue - Canine Adoption Application Form
THIS APPLICATION FORM IS FOR DOG ADOPTIONS ONLY. If interested in adopting a cat, rabbit, guinea pig, other small domestic, etc.please fill out our CREATURES APPLICATION.
We do not process general adoption applications. We are a small volunteer team and are only able to process adoption applications for dogs we currently have posted for adoption.
Please provide complete information as requested in each section, especially when providing contact information.
Contact your references, vet and landlord to let them know Coveted Canines and Creatures Rescue will be contacting them and that you are authorizing them to release information relating to your adoption application.
Once you have completed the application, click SUBMIT and your application will automatically be sent directly to our Adoption Team. We do not have confirmation emails sent out stating we received your application.
If we determine that your application is a good match for the dog applied for, a member of the Adoption Team will reach out via e-mail to outline our adoption process and connect you with the foster family to set up a meet and greet.
Please make sure to regularly check your spam/junk folder! Our responses often end up here.
A home visit is an important part of this application process. A member of the Coveted Canines and Creatures team will contact you to arrange this step.
Please note, due to the number of applications we receive, our team is only able to respond to applicants that will be moving forward as we are an entirely volunteer-run organization. We only process a maximum of 3 applications simultaneously per dog.
